  Terrible experience, I brought in my MacBook Pro because it wouldn't accept the latest software update, I have no idea what they did, and now it won't power up -- the charging light doesn't even turn on.

  Over a year ago, because a review always takes a while for me to get around to doing!, I took my smashed Galaxy S10 in. Not only was my screen replaced super fast but all my info and data was swapped over to a replacement handset (mine) and then the new screen removed and smashed phone returned.

This took hours so I was, and am, super grateful for the time and attention Anwar gave ensuring nothing was lost. I was also really happy to be able to take a last look at the phone to check everything had been copied over before saying my farewells to a great handset.

Thanks for the time-consuming, complicated work, Anwar!

Couldn't recommend more highly and while I really hope I don't need any more work done on phones I would definitely return here and recommend to anyone else.

  Don’t waste your time! I took my phone screen to be replaced, I payed £70 for a "genuine screen” that lasted two hour before it went all green. Took it back the next (was a Friday)and he said he will let me know when is ready. 4 days no calls and the shop was closed until Wednesday I got my phone(Monday was bank holiday). There was a glue all around the phone that took me half hour to clean. Also… my WhatsApp and messenger was online few time! I wasn’t using it during the time he had the phone! That was weird!!. I wouldn’t recommend at all.
